Our supporters have enabled us to expand and reach more people than ever before. However, the economic climate poses severe challenges for maintaining our committed projects and implementing new interventions.

How to get involved

TREK TO NEPAL – Oct/Nov 2019

Join our Trustee, Liz Waterman on a fundraising trek through remote locations in the Annapurna range.

Organised by Mountain Kingdoms (AITO Responsible Tourism Operator of the Year Award Winner), there is a choice of two treks – one for those who are mountain fit and one for those who would like a more gentle approach at lower altitudes. The trip includes the chance to see highlights of Nepal’s two major cities – Kathmandu and Pokhara, and whilst in Pokhara you will also visit some of Kidasha’s projects and meet our local staff.

If you would like to experience remote parts of the Himalayas, see our work first-hand, and help Liz to raise funds for our much-needed work in Nepal, then please email her on and she will be delighted to send you more details.

WYE 100 CHALLENGE – May 2019

After the success of our Highland Challenge, Kidasha’s extreme fundraising adventure is back! This time our supporters will be taking on the Wye 100 challenge – canoeing, walking or cycling 100km in the beautiful Wye Valley, all in aid of Kidasha.

This is fundraising with a difference: combining your love of physical outdoor activity and the beauty of nature with the opportunity to raise money for our much-needed work in Nepal

Kidasha relies on generous grant donations from charitable Trusts and Foundations throughout the world. For 15 years, donations from Trusts and Foundations have funded our work with some of the most at-risk children and young people in Nepal.

We are very keen to hear from people involved with Trusts and Foundations who share our vision of equality of opportunity for children.
